my role was to deliver business value at pace by designing
meaningful digital experiences in response to user problems.
During my time, I worked on over 30+ clients from different industry sectors


including Aged care, Government, Education, Financial services and Utilities.



Led the design and implementation of a new government star rating system for the existing myagedcare website.

research → conceptual wire-framing → high-fidelity interface execution → prototyping

Led the design and implementation of a new government star rating system for the existing myagedcare website. My responsibilities included designing concepts to high-fidelity prototypes, user testing with 33 end-users, managing Salesforce developers and co-facilitating design workshops. The project outcome led to three additional phases of work.

Led the redesign of PwC Consulting's visual identity as part of the firm’s restructure on a two month secondment. My responsibilities included
co-ordinating with an external design company and building digital web assets alongside the internal marketing team and PwC Brand.

Led the redesign of the PwC Ability@ internal Google site. The Ability@ team is a group of volunteers that builds a community around celebrating and supporting persons of disability. I volunteered my time and capabilities to uplift the current outdated website to stand out within the Diversity, Inclusion and Well-being community.

Led the design of a new digital platform in collaboration with the General Manager of Data & Analytics at Origin Energy. My responsibilities included design workshops, rapid ideation, user flows and high-fidelity designs to deliver an end-to-end clickable Figma prototype.

Facilitated requirement gathering sessions with both primary school and high school teachers across the state to support the ideation, refinement and development of a new digital product that would support the day-to-day needs of teaching staff from attendance to reporting.

Experience journey map

Working alongside our Microsoft design team, I facilitated requirement gathering sessions and developed high-fidelity wireframes documented into an experience journey map. This artefact was the final deliverable for this phase of work which captures the end-to-end user journey for various archetypes, areas of opportunity, feature prioritisation and technical solutions.

Collaborated in creating end-to-end patient and staff journeys that helped mobilise Australia’s largest vaccine centre (Qudos Bank Arena) in nine days.
